| Document Number | text | The reference number used by the City to track the solicitation during the procurement process. |

| RFx (Solicitation) Type | text | The RFx Type indicates the procurement method for the solicitation. These solicitations are the process of seeking information, proposals and quotes from suppliers. The City of Toronto issues solicitations when requesting bids for services, goods and/or construction. As there are multiple types of solicitations, the RFx Type stands for Request For, with the 'x' acting as a placeholder for the different types of solicitations i.e.: Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Tenders (RFT), Request for Information (RFI), Request for an Expression of Interest (REOI), Request for Pre-Qualification (RFSQ), and Offer to Purchase (OTP). |

| Award Authority Obtained Date | date | Prior to October 2025, this captured the date the contract was executed. This field now captures the date the solicitation was successfully awarded. |

| Division | text | The name of the City Division requesting the solicitation. The final contract will be between this Awarded Supplier and this Division. |

| Buyer Name | text | The name of the buyer. Buyer is the primary, purchasing City contact for the solicitation or contract from PMMD. Any questions about the solicitation or contract can be directed to this Buyer. |
