_id - Unique row identifier for Open Data database

Term - The Council term

FirstName - The first name of the member

LastName - The last name of the member

Committee - The name of the committee

DateTime - The date and time (if applicable) that the vote was recorded

AgendaItemNum - The agenda item number

AgendaItemTitle - The agenda item title

MotionType - The type of motion that the vote was recorded for

Vote - The member's response.  Votes are recorded as "Yes", "No" or "Absent"

Result - The result of the vote as well as the total number of members that voted 'Yes' and 'No'

VoteDescription - The vote type required for the motion to carry
