Foot Care Clinic - Basic and advanced foot care provided by at monthly community clinics * foot care includes care of corns, calluses, fungal nails, and filing and trimming of nails

Home Help and Homemaking - Assistance with daily chores such as laundry, light housekeeping, pet care, errands, shopping, and meal preparation * service is offered weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or seasonal * minimum 2 hours of service * yard work and snow removal

Meals on Wheels - Hot or chilled meals delivered around 11:30am Mon-Fri * special diet types available * Chinese * South Asian * each meal includes meat, vegetable, rice or potatoes and dessert *

Telephone Reassurance Program - Regular phone calls to check on the health and safety of seniors and people with disabilities who live alone * medication reminders * heat/cold alert check in and monitoring

Transportation - Volunteer drivers provide non-emergency transportation to local and long distance medical appointments, grocery shopping, banking, errands and provider programs and outings * vehicles consist of a wheelchair accessible bus and van, a regular van and one sedan * first-come, first-serve * priority to medical appointments * pick up times and fees confirmed the previous day
