The Non-Competitive Contracts dataset contains a list of non-competitive contracts processed by the Purchasing and Materials Management Division on behalf of the City of Toronto. These non-competitive contract procurements were processed in accordance with the requirements under Chapter 195, Purchasing By-law and the Procurement Processes Policy.
Non-Competitive Contracts are posted on the Toronto Bids Portal and are available for 18 months after the date the contract is created.
