| Ward | int4 | The Ward a project is located within. Refers to the 25 Wards of the City of Toronto. |

| Proposed Residential Gross Floor Area | float8 | The proposed residential gross floor area expressed in square metres. Reflects proposed development at the time the dataset is assembled. |

| Proposed Non-Residential Gross Floor Area | float8 | The proposed non-residential gross floor area expressed in square metres. Reflects proposed development at the time the dataset is assembled. |
