The Open311 API system is open source data and contains service request information relating to potholes and graffiti reports (5 types of graffiti requests). This dataset does not contain any personal identifying information.
Data will be entered by citizens with their smart phones, entered online or reported by phone to a Customer Service Representative (CSR). Graffiti reported on private property will be triaged by a 311 CSR to ensure no personal information is disclosed further.
