Agency Survey Results on COVID-19 Recovery And Rebuild

An online survey of the City’s partner organizations was conducted from June 22 to July 31, 2020 by City staff in Social Development Finance and Administration Division. This survey received input from 240 respondents on the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on service delivery, staff and best practices that could support the City’s service partnership models for pandemic planning.

Responses to open-ended questions were coded with tags.

Excerpt This dataset includes survey results of the Agency Survey/Discussion Guide.
Limitations This dataset includes all survey records that were exported from the survey tool, including records that were started but not completed, i.e. partial completes. Respondent begins with #18 as #1-17 were test records and were removed. Also, this dataset has been cleaned to remove offensive language and personal data, along with those responses that may fall into the “offensive speech” category upon contextual review.
