Annual Summary of Reportable Communicable Diseases

The Health Protection and Promotion Act (HPPA) outlines the diseases of public health significance designated as reportable in the province of Ontario. A list of these diseases can be found here. Toronto Public Health analyses and assesses data for these diseases on an ongoing basis, and provides annual summaries of these data. This information is updated annually, and the most recent information should be considered the most accurate.
