King St. Transit Pilot - 2015 King Street Traffic Counts

The King Street Transit Pilot launched on Sunday, November 12, 2017 between Bathurst Street and Jarvis Street. The Pilot aims to improve transit reliability, speed, and capacity by prioritizing streetcars over private vehicles.

Baseline metrics for traffic volume were collected during 2015.

  • One week captured during November 2015 at 5 locations
  • Counted using traffic counting cameras temporarily installed at counting locations.
  • Data are aggregate for all vehicle classes.
  • Data are only available for the dates and locations where the counters were installed.
