Church Street Pedestrianization Pilot - Public Life Study

The Church Street Pedestrianization Pilot Evaluation datasets provide information collected to assess the impacts of the pedestrianization of Church Street between Wellesley Street East and Alexander Street during the summer of 2026.

This dataset consists of Public Life Study (PLS) reports prepared by an external consultant, including baseline and during-pilot findings. Mid-pilot and at-closure findings will be added as they become available.

Data was collected during and after the pilot period to assess changes in travel patterns, network operations, and use of public space.
