latest_count_id | int4 | Unique identifier for each Turning Movement Count. Use this ID to cross-reference 15-minute observations in tmc_raw_data files. |

count_duration | text | Duration of count (14, 8R, 8S). 14 = 14-hours of data collected over a continuous period from 6:00am-8:00pm. 8R = 8-hours of data collected during the non-continuous Routine schedule of 7:30 - 9:30 / 10:00 - 12:00 / 13:00 - 15:00 / 16:00 - 18:00. 8S = 8-hours of data collected during the non-continuous School schedule of 7:30 - 9:30 / 10:00 - 11:00 / 12:00 - 13:30 / 14:15 - 15:45 / 16:00 - 18:00 |

For example, if a pedestrian crosses the north leg, then the east leg, they are counted once crossing the north leg, and once crossing the east leg. |

am_peak_start | timestamp | Start of the AM Peak hour. The AM Peak hour is the continuous one-hour period between 6:30-10:30AM during which the total number of motor vehicles (cars, trucks, buses) that enter the intersection is the greatest. |
